Abstract
Lower Thoracic Paravertebral Block as an Adjuvant to General Anesthesia for Renal/ Uretric Surgeries - A Case Series The main objective of this case series is to highlight the effectiveness of continuous paravertebral block (PVB) with the addition of clonidine to bupivacaine, as a supplement to general anaesthesia, with respect to postoperative analgesia for patients undergoing renal or ureteric surgeries.
