Abstract
Most common genetic disorders have a complex inheritance and they are results of mutations in many genes, each gene contribute effects to the disease. The diseases belonging to the same disease class do not always share common disease genes; share a protein-protein interaction and gene ontology biological process with different diseases. This study focused on analyzing the genetic complexity of ocular disorders.
