Endodontic Management of Ridiculous Maxillary Premolar: A Case Report the basis morphology including its canal anatomy varies significantly in several individuals and populations. Maxillary premolars have highly variable passageway morphology and customarily present with one or two roots and with one or two root canals but in few cases three roots or three canals are reported within the literature. The aim of this text is to report the diagnosis and successful clinical management of an endodontic case of a maxillary first premolar with three canals in three separate roots using rotary instrumentation and lateral condensation technique.
